संस्था के चेयरमैन कुलप्रीत सिंह (एकम) ने कहा कि अगर कोई भी पीड़ित परिवार हमारी संस्था में आता है तो हमारी संस्था उसे मुफ्त कानूनी सहायता उपलब्ध कराएगी।

रेस्टोरेंट संगठनों की याचिकाएं खारिज कोर्ट ने लगाया जुर्माना

सौजन्य :- हाई कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को अहम फैसले में कहां की रेस्टोरेंट खाने के बिल में जबरन सर्विस चार्ज नहीं जोड़ सकते.

कोर्ट ने इसे उपभोक्ता हितों के खिलाफ और अनुचित व्यापारिक तरीका बताया है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि सर्विस चार्ज या टिप ग्रह की मर्जी से दी जाने वाली राशि है, इसे अनिवार्य नहीं बनाया जा सकता. इसे अलग-अलग नाम से बिल में जोड़ना धोखाधड़ी है.

ग्राहक को यह जानने का अधिकार है कि वह किस चीज के लिए कितना भुगतान कर रहा है. फेडरेशन ऑफ़ होटल एंड रेस्टोरेंट एसोसिएशन ऑफ़ इंडिया( एफएचआरऐआई ) और नेशनल रेस्टोरेंट एसोसिएशन ऑफ़ इंडिया( एन आर ए आई ) ने 2022 में कोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर केंद्रीय उपभोक्ता संरक्षण प्राधिकरण( सीसीपीए ) की गाइडलाइन को चुनौती दी थी.

इन गाइडलाइन में होटल और रेस्टोरेंट को सर्विस चार्ज अनिवार्य रूप से वसूलने से रोका गया था. कोर्ट ने इन याचिकाओं को खारिज कर दिया और दोनों संगठनों पर एक एक लाख रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया.

सौजन्य:- प्रयागराज के महाकुंभ मेले में बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री रही ममता कुलकर्णी किन्नर अखाड़े की महामंडलेश्वर बन गई। अब वे श्री एमी ममता नंदगिरी नाम से जानी जाएगी। 53 साल की इस अभिनेत्री ने शुक्रवार सुबह ही किन्नर अखाड़ा पहुंचकर आचार्य महामंडलेश्वर लक्ष्मी नारायण त्रिपाठी से आशीर्वाद लिया। अभिनेत्री ममता ने संगम तट पर पिंडदान भी किया।

ममता कुलकर्णी ने कहा कि 2 साल की कठिन तपस्या के बाद वह इस पदवी को हासिल कर सकी है।महामंडलेश्वर बनने के बाद उनका पट्टाभिषेक किया गया। इस दौरान वह भावुक भी दिखी। अब उनका नाम महामंडलेश्वर श्री यामाई ममता नंदगिरी रखा गया है। ममता कुलकर्णी ने बताया कि मेरे गुरु चैतन्य गगन गिरी जूनाअखाड़े से हैं। मैं 2 साल से किन्नर अखाड़े के आचार्य महामंडलेश्वर स्वामी डॉ लक्ष्मी नारायण त्रिपाठी के संपर्क में थी। जगत गुरु महेंद्रगिरि जी ने मेरी परीक्षा ली कि मुझे कितना ज्ञान, ध्यान,तप और ब्रह्म विद्या के बारे में क्या जानकारी है। यह मुझे नहीं मालूम था कि मेरी तपस्या का तीन दिनों से इम्तिहान चल रहा है।

सौजन्य : पैराग्लाइडिंग के लिए प्रसिद्ध मिनी स्विट्जरलैंड खजियार में अब पैराग्लाइडिंग की गतिविधियों पर विराम लग जाएगा। पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा बरसात के चलते अधिकारिक तौर पर 15 जुलाई से 15 सितम्बर तक सभी उड़ानों पर रोक लगाई जाएगी, ताकि बरसात के दौरान तेज हवा व तूफान से किसी प्रकार का कोई हादसा न हो। जिला में पर्यटन विभाग में करीब 105 लाइसैंस धारक रजिस्टर हैं। चम्बा में लाहड़ा से द्रौल, खड़ोटा से लाहड़ा, नैनीखड के रैणा समेत कुल 4 साइटें हैं, जहां पैराग्लाइडिंग की अनुमति दी गई है। इन दिनों मैदानी क्षेत्रों में लगातार बढ़ रही गर्मी के कारण मिनी स्विट्जरलैंड खजियार में उमड़े पर्यटकों के सैलाब से होटल कारोबारियों व दुकानदारों के चेहरों पर रौनक देखी जा सकती है। वीकैंड पर पर्यटकों के पहुंचने से पर्यटन स्थलों में खूब रौनक है।

पड़ोसी राज्य पंजाब, दिल्ली, हरियाणा व जम्मू से सैंकड़ों पर्यटक यहां की वादियां को निहारने पहुंच रहे हैं। खजियार के अलावा डल्हौजी के विभिन्न चौक-चौराहों सहित आसपास के पर्यटन स्थलों तलेरु, पंजपूला, रॉक गार्डन व सुभाष बावड़ी पर पर्यटकों की खूब चहल-पहल है। यहां धुंध और बूंदाबांदी के साथ मनमोहक पहाड़ियों का नजारा देखते ही बन रहा है। पर्यटन स्थलों पर पर्यटकों की भरमार लगने वाले रोजमर्रा के जाम से तंग पर्यटक अब शांतमय स्थलों का चयन कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा पर्यटक घुड़सवारी करके खजियार की हसीन वादियों को निहार रहे हैं।

कारोबारियों को आने वाले कुछ दिनों में सैलानियों की संख्या बढ़ने की उम्मीद है। स्थानीय लोक कलाकार भी पहाड़ी संगीत से बाहरी राज्यों के सैलानियों को चम्बा की संस्कृति से रू-ब-रू करवा रहे हैं। मुसादा गायन से लेकर अन्य पारंपरिक गीतों से सैलानियों का मनोरंजन किया जा रहा है। खजियार की हसीन वादियों का आनंद लेने के साथ-साथ सैलानी काला टोप भी पहुंच रहे हैं। गौरतलब है कि काला टोप चारों तरफ से देवदार के पेड़ों से घिरा हुआ है। इन पेड़ों के बीच सैलानियों के ठहरने के लिए वन्य प्राणी विभाग का विश्रामगृह है जहां सैलानी आनंद उठा रहे हैं।

जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी चम्बा राजीव मिश्रा ने बताया कि बरसात के कारण नियमों के तहत खजियार व अन्य क्षेत्रों में पैराग्लाडिंग गतिविधि पर 15 जुलाई से 15 सितम्बर तक रोक लगाई जाएगी। इन दिनों खजियार में पर्यटकों की संख्या काफी बढ़ रही है, जिससे पर्यटक स्थलों में खूब रौनक है।

दरअसल पूनम पांडेय जिन्दा है ओर सर्वाइकल कैंसर को लेकर एक जागरूकता अभियान चला रही है ये पुष्टि पूनम पांडेय ने खुद की है।

परन्तु सवाल ये उठता है की क्या इस अभियान के लिए ऐसा झूठ बोलना उचित था।

दरअसल पूनम पांडेय हमेशा चर्चा में बने रहने के लिए कुछ न कुछ करती रहती है और ये झूठ भी उसी का हिस्सा है।
