एडवोकेट हरमिंदर सिंह संधू ने आश्वासन देते हुए कहा कि वे अपने पद की गरिमा बनाए रखेंगे तथा देश भर में अपनी टीम का प्रचार करते हुए विस्तार करेंगे।  संगठन के वरिष्ठ अध्यक्ष अमरप्रीत सिंह ने कहा कि आने वाले समय में संगठन बड़े कार्य करेगा और इस संगठन से जुड़े 150 से अधिक पत्रकारों को एक छत के नीचे लाकर समारोह आयोजित किया जाएगा।

संस्था के चेयरमैन कुलप्रीत सिंह (एकम) ने कहा कि अगर कोई भी पीड़ित परिवार हमारी संस्था में आता है तो हमारी संस्था उसे मुफ्त कानूनी सहायता उपलब्ध कराएगी।

संस्था के अध्यक्ष राजकुमार सूरी ने एक नंबर जारी करते हुए कहा कि अगर कोई संस्था से जुड़ना चाहता है तो वह इस नंबर 7447610001 पर संपर्क कर सकता है।

भारत ने पाकिस्तान से ऐसे युद्ध की शुरुआत की है जहां खून तो नहीं बहेगा लेकिन मौत प्यास की तड़प से पाकिस्तान सूख के मर जायेगा क्योंकि भारत ने इस बार वाटर स्ट्राइक करने जा रहा है।

इतिहास में लिखा जायेगा 

भारत एक ऐसी वार करने जा रहा है जो इतिहास में किसी ने नहीं की होगी। ये एक ऐसा प्रहार है जो पाकिस्तान की रीढ़ तोड़ देगा।

आपको बता दे कि पहलगाम में जब हिंदुओं का पाकिस्तान समर्थक आतंकियों द्वारा नरसंहार किया गया तो यह भारत के सब्र का आखरी इम्तहान था ओर इसके बाद भारत ने वो फैसला लिया अथवा वो समझौता तोड़ा जिसे भारत ने मानवता के लिए तब भी निभाया जब 1965,1971 में भारत पाकिस्तान के बीच युद्ध हुआ।

जब 1993 में पाकिस्तान ने मुंबई में हमला करवाया जब 2001में पाकिस्तान ने संसद में हमला करवाया,2008 में 26/11 का नरसंहार हुआ, 2016 में उरी ओर 2019 में पुलवामा में हमारे जवानों पर हमला करवाया उसके बावजूद भी भारत ने जिस समझौते को निभाए रखा था परंतु इस बार भारत ने अपने सब्र के बांध को तोड़ दिया और उस बांध को रोक देने का फैसला किया जिससे पाकिस्तान को बूंद बूंद के लिए तड़पना पड़ेगा। ये कदम पाकिस्तान को अंधेरे में डाल देगा ओर उसे पूरी तरह से बर्बाद कर देगा।

आखिर क्या है सिंधु जल समझौता

सिंधु नदी और उसकी सहायक नदियां जेहलम और चिनाब पाकिस्तान की जीवन रेखा है ये नदियां चार देशों से होकर गुजरती है और लगभग 21 करोड़ लोगों की जल आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करती है। सन 1947 से इसका विवाद शुरू हुआ था लेकिन भारत ने अपना जिगरा दिखाते हुए सन 1960 में पंडित नेहरू ने सिंधु जल समझौता किया जो पाकिस्तान के लिया बेहद फायदेमंद रहा पाकिस्तान को सिंधु जेहलम और चिनाब का 80% पानी मिला और भारत को रावी, ब्यास ओर सतलुज नदी का पानी मिला जो टोटल पानी का 20% था। ये समझौता पाकिस्तान के लिए जीवन रेखा की तरह है।

पाकिस्तान के लिए कैसे सिद्ध होगा विनाशकारी प्रभाव 

अब जब भारत ने ये सख्त कदम उठाया है तो पाकिस्तान पर इसके विनाशकारी प्रभाव पड़ेंगे वो कैसे चलिए जानते है।

दरअसल पाकिस्तान की 80%सिंचाई सिंधु अथवा उसकी सहायक नदियों पर निर्भर है। पाकिस्तान में खेती के लिए 93% पानी का प्रयोग यही से होता है और बिना पानी के सभी खेत नष्ट हो जाएंगे किसान बर्बाद हो जाएंगे इसका असर खेत खलियान के साथ साथ पाकिस्तान के बड़े शहरों जैसे कराची लाहौर ओर मुल्तान की जल आपूर्ति इन्हीं नदियों पर निर्भर है ओर जब पानी की कमी होगी तो लोग एक एक गिलास साफ पानी के तरसेंगे। पाकिस्तान अंधेरे में डूब जाएगा क्योंकि सिंधु बेसिक पर बने हाइड्रो पावर प्रोजेक्ट पाकिस्तान की बिजली का प्रमुख स्तोत्र है पानी की कमी से बिजली का उत्पादन ठप हो जाएगा पाकिस्तान के बड़े शहर अंधेरे में डूब जाएंगे कारखाने बंद हो जाएंगे। आगे तेज गर्मी पड़ने वाली है जो असहनीय होगी बर्दाश्त से बाहर होगी। पाकिस्तान में वैसे भी बिजली संकट से जूझ रहा है

पाकिस्तान में पानी की कमी से खेती न होने पर सब्जियां अनाज की कीमतें आसमान छूने लगेंगी भुखमरी छा ने आशंका रहेगी। पाकिस्तान में हर जगह अस्थिरता देखने को मिलेगी। वहां की जनता सरकार के खिलाफ आंदोलन पर उतर आएगी। पाकिस्तान में बेरोजगारी चरम सीमा पर पहुंच सकती है।

भारत के इस कदम का कब दिखेगा असर 

आप सभी सोच रहे होंगे कि भारत के इस फैसले से पाकिस्तान तुरंत बर्बाद हो जाएगा परंतु ऐसा नहीं है। भारत का ये फैसला इतनी जल्दी पाकिस्तान पर असर नहीं डालेगा। सिंधु जल संधि टूटने से तत्काल पाकिस्तान को नुकसान देखने को नहीं मिलेगा। दरअसल सिंधु जेहलम चुनाव नदियों का पानी रोकने के लिए भारत को बड़े बांध बनाने की जरूरत पड़ेगी जिसके लिए अभी समय लगेगा। पाकिस्तान के अभी कई जलाशय है जिससे वह कृषि पानी अथवा बिजली की आपूर्ति कर सकता है।

क्यों लिया गया ये फैसला 

दरअसल भारत ने ये फैसला आतंकवाद के दृष्टिकोण से लिया है पर पाकिस्तान अपनी छाती पीटने के लिए विश्व बैंक और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुदायों के पास जाएगा, मानवता की दुहाई देगा आवाम को बचाने की अपील करेगा और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समुदायों के जरिए भारत पर दबाव बनाने की कोशिश करेगा। हालांकि भारत ने जब ये फैसला लिया होगा तब शायद वह इसके परिणामों से वाकिफ नहीं होंगे कि क्या हो सकता है।

 एक मामले में स्थानीय अदालत के आदेश के खिलाफ पंजाब सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट और हाई कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था।

सौजन्य:- आम तौर पर प्रशासन संपत्ति कुर्क करता है लेकिन पंजाब के पटियाला के डिप्टी कमिश्नर प्रीति यादव के द्वारा इस्तेमाल की गई कार और उनकी सैलरी के एक-तिहाई हिस्से को जब्त करने की कार्रवाई हुई है। एक स्थानीय अदालत के आदेश पर यह कार्रवाई इसलिए की गई क्योंकि अदालत ने राज्य सरकार के आदेश का ‘पालन’ नहीं किया था।

हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स के मुताबिक, अदालत ने पंजाब सरकार को आदेश दिया था कि वह देश के बंटवारे के दौरान प्रभावित हुए एक परिवार को 100 बीघा जमीन लौटाए या इसके बदले में उस परिवार को मुआवजा दे।

आइए, आपको पूरा मामला विस्तार से बताते हैं।

आखिर किसकी है यह जमीन?

यह जमीन गुलाम मोहम्मद नाम के शख्स की है और पटियाला जिले के झिल्ल गांव में है। देश के बंटवारे के दौरान गुलाम मोहम्मद मलेरकोटला चले गए थे और 30 नवंबर, 1947 को उनकी मौत हो गई थी। 2006 में उनकी बेटी कनीज फातिमा ने अपनी पुश्तैनी जमीन को वापस लेने या बाजार के भाव पर इसके मुआवजे के लिए अदालत का दरवाजा खटखटाया।

2014 में एक स्थानीय अदालत ने आदेश दिया कि पंजाब सरकार या तो परिवार को जमीन को लौटा दे या फिर बाजार के भाव के बराबर कीमत का भुगतान करे।

फैसले के खिलाफ शीर्ष अदालत पहुंची पंजाब सरकार

स्थानीय अदालत के आदेश के बाद राज्य सरकार पंजाब और हरियाणा हाई कोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के दरवाजे पर पहुंची और दोनों ही अदालतों ने निचली कोर्ट के आदेश को बरकरार रखा। लेकिन फिर भी गुलाम मोहम्मद के परिवार को कोई पैसा नहीं मिला। अदालत के आदेश का पालन नहीं करवा पाने की वजह से ही पंजाब सरकार की अफसर के खिलाफ यह कार्रवाई की गई।

कनीज फातिमा के वकील आरके नागपाल ने प्रभावित परिवार को न्याय मिलने में हो रही देरी को लेकर निराशा जाहिर की। उन्होंने कहा कि 6 साल हो चुके हैं लेकिन अभी तक परिवार को एक भी पैसा नहीं दिया गया है। उन्होंने हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स को बताया कि सरकार ने इस मामले में कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया उल्टा परिवार को धमकाया जा रहा है।

स्थानीय अदालत ने 9 अगस्त, 2024 को दिए अपने आदेश में कहा था कि डिप्टी कमिश्नर प्रीति यादव, लोक निर्माण विभाग और अन्य सरकारी दफ्तरों के द्वारा इस्तेमाल में लाई जा रही संपत्तियों को कुर्क कर लिया जाए। अदालत के आदेश पर अमल करने के बाद अधिकारियों ने कोर्ट को जानकारी दी कि उन्होंने डिप्टी कमिश्नर प्रीति यादव के द्वारा इस्तेमाल की जा रही टोयोटा इनोवा कार को कुर्क कर लिया है लेकिन एडिशनल डिप्टी कमिश्नर ईशा सिंघल के द्वारा इस मामले में दखल दिए जाने के बाद आगे की कार्रवाई नहीं हो पाई। अदालत ने प्रशासन और सरकार को आगे की कार्रवाई से पहले 21 अप्रैल तक का वक्त दिया है।

आप को बता दे कि ठीक इसी तरह बिट कॉइन में भी लोगों ने अरबों रुपए इन्वेस्ट किए थे और उस समय भी ऐप से विड्रॉल बंद हो गया था और लोग ठगे गए थे। दअरसल बात ये है कि लोगों में जागरूकता की कमी एवं जल्दी पैसा कमाने के लालच की वजह से लोग ठगी का शिकार हो जाते है।

आपको याद होगा जब इंटरनेट का जमाना नहीं था तब एक पर्ल जैसी कंपनी भी आई थी जिसमें लोगों बहुत पैसा इन्वेस्ट किया था और उसमें भी ठगी हो गई थी बावजूद इसके फ़िर भी लोग लालच वश ऐसे फस जाते है जैसे सभी चीजों अनजान हो।

पंजाब के जेल मंत्री लालजीत सिंह भुल्लर द्वारा पेश किए गए ‘कैदियों का स्थानांतरण (पंजाब संशोधन) विधेयक 2025’ को आज पंजाब विधानसभा ने सर्वसम्मति से पारित कर दिया।

भुल्लर ने कहा कि सीमावर्ती राज्य होने के कारण पंजाब गंभीर आंतरिक सुरक्षा चुनौतियों का सामना कर रहा है और पंजाब की विभिन्न जेलों में वर्तमान में उच्च जोखिम वाले कैदी बंद हैं, जिनमें राष्ट्र विरोधी गतिविधियों में शामिल लोग, अंतरराष्ट्रीय एजेंसियों से जुड़े व्यक्ति, आतंकवादी, श्रेणी ‘ए’ के गैंगस्टर, तस्कर और खतरनाक अपराधी शामिल हैं, जो जेलों के भीतर से अपने आपराधिक नेटवर्क को संचालित करने का प्रयास करते हैं।

भुल्लर ने बताया कि राज्यों के बीच विचाराधीन कैदियों को स्थानांतरित करने के लिए कानूनी तंत्र स्थापित करने के लिए कैदी स्थानांतरण अधिनियम 1950 में संशोधन करना अनिवार्य हो गया था। उन्होंने कहा, मौजूदा कानून में पंजाब के विचाराधीन कैदियों को दूसरे राज्यों की जेलों में स्थानांतरित करने की अनुमति देने वाले प्रावधानों का अभाव था। जेल मंत्री ने आगे कहा कि कानून व्यवस्था और राज्य की सुरक्षा के लिए संभावित खतरों को देखते हुए और जेल प्रणाली के सुचारू संचालन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ये संशोधन महत्वपूर्ण थे। उन्होंने कहा कि विधेयक का मुख्य उद्देश्य पंजाब से विचाराधीन कैदियों को दूसरे राज्यों में स्थानांतरित करने के लिए कानूनी अधिकार प्रदान करना है

पूरे मामले की जानकारी देते हुए नगर निगम के एटीपी एटीपी सुखदेव विशिष्ट ने बताया कि जिस बिल्डिंग को ध्वस्त किया गया है उसके मालिक को पहले भी कई बार नोटिस जारी किया गया था लेकिन वह नोटिस मिलने के बाद भी न तो बिल्डिंग में वह सारी का काम रोक रहे थे और न ही निगम से उन्हें इसकी कोई मंजूरी मिली थी ऐसे में आज निगम के कमिश्नर ने तोडफ़ोड़ करते हुए कार्रवाई की है।

अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ अभियान जारी

नगर निगम ने यह स्पष्ट किया है कि अवैध निर्माणों के खिलाफ अभियान आगे भी जारी रहेगा। जो लोग नियमों का उल्लंघन करेंगे, उनके खिलाफ इसी तरह की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
